A Glowing Vegetarian Lifestyle

This is a simple chart depicting the principle of an 80/10/10 lifestyle. The 80 is dominated by the consumption of calories from fruits while a 10 from the fractions of the remaining two 10s is from leafy greens and the last is from fats from seeds and nuts. #EatThemRaw.
