Snack: Banana Pancake (Flour Free)!

Want a light breakfast but be able to enjoy some pancakes at the same time. It now is possible with this very easy, delicious and flour free recipe. It has a MASSIVE serving size for only about 68 calories!
One morning while making pancakes for the family but not wanting to feel so loaded down by the carbs I thought I need to come up with a recipe where I can take out the flour and it still can be a pancake. Crazy, right?? Well, it can be done, I am happy to say it was so good I had to share this recipe with you.
Because the batter doesn’t stick together like normal pancakes I have to admit it won’t look this beautiful as the picture on your first attempt and it’s going to be a bit messy but at the same time it will be one of the most delicious pancakes you have ever had.
